The management of the firm is headed by Mr Ogunkoya who is the Senior Partner. He is a graduate of Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A Hons.) in History in 1989. He had his Masters in International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) from the University of Lagos.
Mr Olalekan Ogunkoya is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Associate Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Associate Business Recovery & Insolvency Practisioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN)
He started his professional career with Akintola Williams & Co., (now Deloitte) from 1990 – 1995. In Akintola Williams & Co he was exposed to and participated in the Audit and Taxation engagements of Financial, Construction, Oil and Gas, Airline, Hotel, Manufacturing sectors of the economy.

He was a World Bank consultant to the Ogun State Government from 2013 – 2014 on IPSAS cash implementation. He held various positions both in practice and corporate world from Insurance to Pension and Stockbroking and was the former Managing Director/CEO of Golden Capital Group (comprising Golden Securities Ltd, Synergy Asset Management Company Limited and G.S. Investment Limited) before going into accounting and taxation practice.
